Process

From target list to signature.

Seven stages, each with a clear outcome. Every week you see where each contact stands. A verbal yes is not a deal.

The 7 stages

How a customer is won.

  1. Plan
Define ideal customer profile and territory, prioritise target accounts.
  2. Reach out
LinkedIn, phone, email, trade fairs. Goal: a qualified first contact.
  3. Understand
What is the customer missing? What does that cost them? How do they buy?
  4. Demo
A solution for exactly this problem, aligned with you.
  1. Prove
Samples, CoAs, references, clear success criteria.
  2. Negotiate
Terms, annual volumes, QA requirements, procurement.
  3. Close
Through to signature. The customer buys directly from you.
With the “To your team” option, we hand over after stage 3 with full documentation.
