When you use our contact form or meeting request form, we collect:

• Company / organisation
• E-mail address
• Phone number (optional)
• Industry
• Preferred date(s)
• Free-text message (optional)

Server log files

When you visit our website, technical data is automatically recorded by our hosting provider (IP address, date/time, URL accessed, browser type, referrer). This data is stored for technical purposes only and is not linked to any other data.

• Scheduling and conducting discovery calls
• Providing and technically optimising the website

4. Legal basis

Processing of your data when you contact us is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation of a contractual relationship) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).

Processing of technical log files is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website).

5. Disclosure to third parties

Your data is not disclosed to third parties, sold, or used for advertising purposes — with the exception of technically necessary service providers (hosting, e-mail service) and the booking tool Calendly described in the following section.

All service providers have been carefully selected and process data exclusively on our behalf in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

6. Calendly (appointment booking)

Our website integrates the booking tool Calendly (Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA). When you book an appointment via Calendly, your data (name, e-mail, selected time slot) is transferred to and processed by Calendly.

This processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). A transfer to a third country (USA) takes place; Calendly relies on Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.

These cookies are required for the operation of the website and cannot be disabled. They do not store any personal data.

Optional cookies (only with consent)

Further cookies — e.g. for embedded services such as Calendly — are only set if you actively consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

8. Retention periods

Contact enquiry and appointment booking data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and beyond for the legally prescribed retention period (generally 10 years for tax-relevant documents).

Where no business relationship arises, enquiry data is deleted after a maximum of 12 months.
